Buckinghamshire Community Energy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force in May 2018. BCE is a community benefit society registered with the FCA and complies with the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.

We may pass information to trusted partners to do some specialist processing work, such as to a mailing house to print and post letters. Partners such as a mailing house comply with Data Protection laws.
