The training course involves an in-person one day training course in Buckinghamshire; there are follow-up modules to gain additional skills such as training to use the Fairer Warmth online tool to create energy efficiency plans for the people you advise, and we have funded places on the NEA Level 3 Energy Awareness course and encourage our team to complete that qualification.
We will also give full training on thermal imaging assessments and home visits to those team members who will be involved in that type of advice.
