Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity exists for patients with life-limiting illnesses, and their families, across Buckinghamshire and its borders. It enhances and complements the care and support delivered by Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.

All services are provided free of charge to patients and their families. We aim to provide the best hospice care to everyone who needs it in Buckinghamshire and borders. The money raised every year by Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity through a range of fundraising activities and our 15 charity shops enables us to commission numerous services and posts delivered by the Hospice.

For 60 years, the Chiltern Society has been there to help people improve their part of the Chilterns. With our volunteers, members, and partners, we are tackling some of the most serious threats to the countryside – from climate change, to overbearing development and disappearing green spaces and wildlife – to care for this unique landscape.

The Community WildBelt Project which is supported by the National Lottery Heritage fund is working in and around Stoke Mandeville to help local communities to achieve nature recovery where they live. We provide volunteers, tools and resources to help you help nature.
